Opened this for some bratwurst and the texture is perfect — coarsely ground with real mustard seed bits throughout. The heat builds gradually and adds a nice kick without being overpowering. Will definitely buy again for German cold cuts.

The heat hits right away but settles fast, and the fresh-ground texture is what sells me—you can actually see the seeds. I spread it on a cold-cut sandwich and it woke up the whole thing without overpowering the meat.
