Opened it expecting the usual Napa fruit bomb, but this is all savory herbs and bright acidity instead—the low oak and zero residual sugar really let the mountain fruit speak. Poured a glass with dinner and it disappeared fast, though at 14% it's respectful enough for a Tuesday.

Had this with a simple roast chicken last night and the bright acidity cut through everything beautifully. Love that it's lower alcohol and zero residual sugar, makes it dangerously easy to drink a second glass.

This is exactly what I look for in a Napa Cab—bright acidity and savory notes without the heavy oak or high alcohol. It feels old-school in the best way, with zero residual sugar letting the fruit speak clearly.
