POINT REYES BLUE (LB)

The crumbly texture on this one is perfect for crumbling over a salad, and the blue veins give it that nice sharp kick without being overpowering. Ordered the pound size and it arrived well-wrapped, still cold enough to slice right away.

Cracked open the wedge last night and it had that gorgeous marbled veining throughout—exactly what I look for in a blue. Tangy but not overpowering, with a creamy finish that made me reach for another slice before dinner even started.

The blue cheese had a fantastic creamy texture that just melts on the tongue, so I've been crumbling it over salads all week. It's really brought my simple lunch to another level.
