The mint and caramel on the nose are what hooked me first, but the dark cocoa and malt on the finish keep me coming back for another sip. It’s rich without being heavy, and that nori edge adds a fun savory twist I didn’t expect.

The raspberry lemon acidity cuts through the richness beautifully, and that nori note adds a savory twist I’ve never found in another Pinot. Sipped it with grilled salmon and the dark cocoa finish tied everything together perfectly.

That Darjeeling tea note is so unexpected but it works perfectly with the dark cocoa finish. I've been sipping it slowly just to catch all the layers of mint and caramel on the nose.
