RICKSHAW CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021, Sonoma

I was really impressed by how smooth it is—the dark berry flavors and toasty oak hit just right without being too heavy. The long, comforting finish made it perfect for pairing with a steak dinner.

That cocoa and espresso note on the nose is spot-on, and it drinks much smoother than a typical Cabernet for the price. Pairs beautifully with a simple steak dinner.

I wasn’t expecting such a smooth finish from a Sonoma Cab, but the dark berry flavors and toasty oak really come together nicely. The long, comforting finish makes it perfect for sipping on a cool evening.
