Opened the jar for a charcuterie board and the fig sweetness balanced the rich pork perfectly. The texture is smooth but still has enough rustic bits to feel handcrafted.

First bite and I could really taste the difference in quality—the meat is noticeably cleaner and richer than standard pâtés. Perfect for a charcuterie board with some good crackers and cornichons.

The fig and pork combo is richer than I expected, and the texture is smooth without being greasy. Knowing the pigs were raised without antibiotics or growth hormones makes it taste even better to me.
