THE VINEYARDIST CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2012, Napa

The oak and vanilla notes blend perfectly with the dark fruit, making this incredibly smooth. I opened a bottle now and it's already drinking beautifully, but I'm curious to see how it develops over the next few years.

That velvety smooth tannin finish is exactly what I look for in a Napa cab, and the vanilla from the oak rounds it out beautifully. It's drinking wonderfully now, but I can tell it would age a few more years if I had the patience.

The black fruit flavors are incredibly dense and layered, and the tannins are so smooth they almost melt on the tongue. I've had a few glasses already and it's drinking beautifully right now.
