Tulip Treeの製品はすべて手作りで、ベジタリアン対応の微生物レンネットを使用し、インディアナ州北東部に位置する6代続く放牧酪農場カントリーメドウズファームの牛乳を使用しています。カントリーメドウズファームの牛群の大部分は2です。

Foxgloveはダブルクリームのウォッシュリンド（臭い）チーズで、若いうちは柔らかい食感で、熟成が進むにつれてとろけてスプーンですくえるようなチーズに変化します。特徴的なオレンジ色の皮に塗布された培養物（酵母、塩、ビール）の混合物によって生み出される、土っぽくてより刺激的な風味があります。エポワス風チーズがお好きなら、このチーズがお気に入りになるかもしれません。熟成期間は4〜12週間。低温殺菌牛乳を使用しています。
