This is my third bottle and the flavor stays consistently rich without being too sharp. The organic honey gives it just the right sweetness for drizzling over fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.

The honey cuts the sharpness of the vinegar just enough that I’ve been drizzling it straight over ripe tomatoes and fresh mozzarella without needing any oil. It’s got that thick, syrupy body that clings to a spoon, and the finish is clean rather than harsh.

I was skeptical about a vinegar with honey, but it adds just the right subtle sweetness to my salad dressing. The texture is thicker than regular balsamic, which coats the greens perfectly.
