That subtle marine note on the finish really makes this Chablis stand out, giving it a lovely mineral complexity. The palate is elegant and finely chiseled, just as described, and the white flower and citrus notes on the nose are incredibly fresh. I’m very pleased with how long the finish lingers.

Opened this last night and the white flowers on the nose hit immediately. Really elegant, not heavy at all, and that citrus comes through clean on the palate.
