I opened this with some grilled lamb and the ripe tannins paired perfectly—structured but not overpowering. The dark fruit and spice notes lingered nicely through the long finish. Definitely a bottle I’d buy again.

The undergrowth and herb notes on the nose really pulled me in—smells like a walk through a Provençal scrub. Those ripe tannins give it a solid grip that softened beautifully over two hours, and the dark fruit depth kept me coming back for another glass. Already ordered a second bottle.
