그로워스 길드 카베르네 소비뇽 2020, 컬럼비아 밸리, WA

The blackcurrant and pomegranate really shine through, and that bright acidity keeps it from feeling heavy. I’m impressed by how smooth the tannins are for a wine at this price point.

I wasn't expecting the mint and eucalyptus to come through so clearly, but they add a really fresh lift to the dark fruit. The tannins are smooth enough to drink now, but I think it could handle another year or two in the cellar.

The blackcurrant and pomegranate really come through on the palate, and that hint of mint keeps it interesting. Went perfectly with my herb-crusted lamb chops last weekend.
