HERB GOAT CHEESE (8 OZ)

I spread this on crusty bread for an appetizer and the scallions give it such a fresh bite. The creaminess is just right without being too heavy, and it held up well even after sitting out for an hour.

The sun-dried tomato flecks are what sold me—they add such a bright pop against the creamy, tangy base. I've been dolloping it straight onto salads and even stirred a bit into scrambled eggs. It's got a lovely look on the board, too, with those green scallions throughout.
