MINESTONE SOUP (QT)

That cranberry bean and cabbage combo is genius—gives it a rich, earthy depth that canned soups never have. The little pasta bits hold up well too, even after reheating. Definitely hitting that smoky bacon note right when you need it most.

I was surprised by how hearty this soup is—the cranberry beans and cabbage give it real texture. The herbs and spices are balanced perfectly, not overwhelming at all. It’s become my go-to for a quick, satisfying lunch.

The smoky bacon flavor really comes through without being overpowering, and the cranberry beans add a nice creamy texture. I heated up a bowl for lunch and it was exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy day.
