SCHWEPPES TONIC 1 LITER SINGLE BOTTLE

The bubbles are nicely persistent even after opening, and the quinine bite is just sharp enough to balance a good splash of gin without being too bitter.

Finally found a tonic that doesn't overpower the gin—that bittersweet quinine note is exactly what I was after. The 1-liter size means I can make several rounds without running out.

I needed a bigger bottle for mixing cocktails and this liter size is perfect—the quinine gives it that classic bittersweet bite without being overpowering. My only small gripe is the plastic cap could seal a bit tighter, but the carbonation stays fresh for a few days if you refrigerate it.
