Poured a glass last night and that rhubarb and sage note on the nose really caught me off guard — in a good way. The soft tannins made it smooth enough to sip on its own, but it paired perfectly with a simple steak dinner.

That dark chocolate and cassis on the palate is exactly what I was hoping for—soft tannins make it dangerously easy to drink. Already planning to grab another bottle for next weekend.
