Foxglove는 더블 크림, 워시드 린드(냄새가 강한) 치즈로, 어릴 때는 부드러운 질감을 가지며 숙성되면서 흐르거나 숟가락으로 떠먹을 수 있는 치즈로 분해됩니다. 독특한 주황색 껍질에 적용된 배양균(효모, 소금, 맥주)의 혼합물로 만들어진 흙내 나는 더 자극적인 풍미가 있습니다. Epoisses 스타일 치즈를 좋아한다면 이 치즈가 마음에 들 수 있습니다. 4~12주 숙성. 저온 살균 우유.
