The black raspberry and black currant flavors are perfectly balanced with the cognac—not too sweet, just rich. I've been adding a splash to my champagne for a classy twist, and it's become my go-to for cocktails. The herbal notes really come through without being overpowering.

I wasn't sure if the vanilla and herb notes would overpower the raspberry, but it's perfectly balanced. A little goes a long way in a champagne cocktail, making this 375 mL bottle last through several gatherings.
