The crisp bitterness hits just right with a delicate piece of white fish, exactly as described. It’s light enough to sip on its own but adds a nice layer to the meal.

Thomas I. ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

Cracked one open before a light seafood spread and it did exactly what the description promised—that crisp, dry finish really woke up my appetite without filling me up. Pairs beautifully with delicate fish, and the 12oz bottles are perfect for a solo pour.

Kevin ★★★★★ Oct 19, 2026

Poured this with dinner last night and it was exactly the crisp, light aperitif I wanted—really does pair nicely with the delicate fish I had. The carbonation is lively but not harsh, and the finish is clean enough to not overpower the meal.
