Daniel ★★★★★

The traditional Metodo Classico method gives this sparkling wine such a refined, persistent bead, and the 2010 vintage has developed lovely toasty notes alongside the fresh brioche character. Perfect for celebrating something special.

Zoe Y. ★★★★★

The hand-harvested grapes really shine here—the finish stays clean and crisp long after each sip. I opened it for a casual dinner and it held its bubbles beautifully from first pour to last glass. This one’s worth the extra spend if you want a refined, classic-method sparkler without the usual sharp

Alexander ★★★★★

The brioche notes are exactly as described, with a fine, persistent bead that lingers beautifully through the finish. Nine years of age has mellowed it into something round and elegant, though I wish I'd bought more than one bottle for the celebration.
