Floral nose. Waxy (candlewax, crayons), then spicy, fruity notes emerge, in particular, raisin and plum, becomes more bread and pastry-like with aeration. A soft, light entry builds into a mouth-filling, spicy profile that's medium- to full-bodied, dry, with spicy, dried fruits. Dry, light and oily. After taste of sultana followed by a faint cocoa fade.

Carter ★★★★★

That waxy note on the nose was unexpected but fascinating, and after letting it breathe for a few minutes the bread and pastry-like aroma really came through. A surprisingly complex pour for such a light entry.

Ruby T. ★★★★★

The raisin and plum notes really come through on the palate, and the soft entry makes it dangerously easy to sip neat. I've tried it both chilled and at room temp, and the spicy-bread finish is a nice surprise each time.

Thomas ★★★★★

The floral nose is lovely, but the way it shifts to bread and pastry after some air is what really sold me. The 375ML bottle is perfect for trying a higher-end grappa without committing to a full liter.
