Violet L. ★★★★★

I was curious how a wine from a cooler vintage would hold up, and this Cabernet delivers surprising depth. The minerality gives it a unique, almost stony finish that lingers beautifully. Really well-structured for its age.

Sophia ★★★★★

That texture really sets this apart — the tannins are firm yet fine, and the minerality lingers beautifully. It’s a remarkably generous wine for a vintage that could have been challenging.

Brian ★★★★★

Poured a glass last night and was struck by how the minerality really comes through even after all these years in the cellar. The texture is beautifully generous, exactly what you'd hope for from a well-aged organic cabernet.
