Joseph A. ★★★★★

The tannins in this cider give it a surprisingly full, almost wine-like body that pairs beautifully with food. I cracked one open with a sharp cheddar and the bitter apple finish cut right through the richness.

James ★★★★★

Finally, a cider that actually tastes like real apples instead of sugary juice. The tannins give it this lovely dry, bitter edge that works perfectly with a sharp cheese plate. My only regret is that it came in a 4-pack.

Emily W. ★★★★★

The bitter tannins give this cider a surprisingly full, dry body that pairs perfectly with a sharp cheese plate. I opened a can expecting something sweet and got a complex, sophisticated sip instead. Definitely ordering more for the holidays.
