The botanicals for Aviation gin include cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. These are infused with a neutral grain spirit. This infusion is distilled to a 'heart cut' of 142 and blended with pure water to achieve the desired 80 proof. It is perfectly blended with juicy cranberry and bold blood orange. The end result is a vividly vivacious gin interesting enough to drink solo, but deliciously versatile for an infinite range of cocktails.
