This lush white wine is created from ancient vines (80% Caprettone/20% Catalensca) in the small Vesuvio Lacryma Christi Bianco appellation of the Campania region. Beautifully balanced and bright, it displays waves of citrus, stone fruit and melon with cleansing acidity. A confident go-to white wine for an aperitif or matched with antipasti, sushi or sashimi, crustaceans, pizza bianca, tuna carpaccio, risotto with vegetables, pork tenderloin or fried chicken.
