"The 2016 Cornas Temenos is the first vintage of this biodynamic bottling. Sourced from the lieux-dits of Saint-Pierre (near the top of the appellation) and the eastern-facing portion of Reynard, it's aged in barrels, 20% of which were new. Pencil shavings frame cassis fruit in this firm but not hard rendition of Cornas. It's medium to full-bodied, with additional notes of blueberries and crushed stone on the silky, dusty finish." - 92pts Wine Advocate Certified Organic vineyard.

The depth from the biodynamic farming really comes through in the glass—layered and pure. I opened it last night with grilled lamb and the dark fruit kept evolving for hours.

Penelope U. ★★★★★

The dark fruit and pepper notes are incredibly concentrated but still elegant, with that Saint-Pierre parcel giving it a refined mineral backbone. I've had several Cornas wines, and this one stands out for how seamlessly it balances power with finesse. The finish lingered for almost a minute after m
