DOMAINE DUJAC CLOS DE LA ROCHE GRAND CRU 2014, Burgundy (ORGANIC)

DOMAINE DUJAC CLOS DE LA ROCHE GRAND CRU 2014, Burgundy (ORGANIC) - Main image
$704 $1100 In stock

The brilliant bouquet offers up scents of cherries, red plums, pomegranate, gamebirds, superb soil tones, woodsmoke, raw cocoa and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied and very suave on the attack, with a sappy core, fine transparency and a very, very long, fine-grained and elegant finish. A great vintage of Clos de la Roche from the Seysses family this year! Certified Organic vineyard.

Carter L. ★★★★★

The nose is incredible—cherries, woodsmoke, and that raw cocoa note really stand out. It’s powerful but still elegant, with a long, layered finish that evolves in the glass.

Sophia ★★★★★

The deep, full-bodied texture caught me off guard in the best way—it’s layered with pomegranate and that earthy cocoa note. The finish lingers beautifully with a hint of woodsmoke.

Nicholas B. ★★★★★

The cherry and red plum fruit really sings here, with a deep, earthy undertone from the soil that makes it feel like a true Burgundy. It's full-bodied but not heavy, and the finish lingers with a touch of raw cocoa. Perfect for a slow evening with a roast chicken.
