Amelia ★★★★★

Opened this up for a friend's dinner party and the smoothness really caught everyone off guard—no burn at all, just a clean, peppery finish. This 750ml bottle disappeared faster than I expected.

James ★★★★★

This blanco has a clean, crisp finish with just a hint of black pepper on the tail. I used it in a Paloma and it cut through the grapefruit perfectly without any harsh bite.

Charlotte ★★★★★

The nose has that classic agave sweetness with a hint of black pepper, and it's surprisingly smooth on the finish for a blanco. Mixed it into a simple Paloma and it didn't get lost at all.
