I’m not usually a tequila guy, but the 38 months in sherry casks really mellowed out the burn — this stuff is dangerously smooth on the rocks.

The extra aging in sherry casks gives this a deep, almost wine-like sweetness that makes it dangerously smooth on the rocks. I usually prefer blancos, but the 38 months really soften the agave bite into something luxurious.
