Lively and mineral fresh as you would expect from Montagny. The ripeness of the fruit also stands out to give a nice bit of roundedness. This all makes it nice and full, which is a result of eight months ageing on lees. This is a clean, pure and very well made white burgundy. Sustainable vineyard.
