Their mindset on this came from the fact that one would pay a good deal of money for a high-quality spirit only to have it cut down with a poor-quality mixer that they had no choice over. They continue to develop new flavors based on innovation and diversity. All of their ingredients are naturally sourced working with small family owned farms throughout the world for the freshest citrus, spices, and herbs. The base for all of their mixers start off very simple; spring water blended with botanical oils and the highest quality quinine harvested from the 'fever trees' located in the eastern hill ranges of Congo. Their premium tonic was created by taking the oils from Mexican Bitter Oranges and blending them with quinine to create a zesty yet clean and crisp mixer.
