Gluten-free, Vegan, and less than 0.09 grams of sugar per glass makes this a go-to for anyone on the Keto or any low carb diet. Created by two friends with a passion for both wine and fitness, they crafted a "proprietary process" for how they lower the sugar without lowering the alcohol levels. This is done by extending fermentation through dry fermenting. Then they triple filter the wine using a cross-flow filtration system extracting more tannins therefore they don't have to use flavor additives. Grassy green hues lead into aromas of white flowers such as jasmine, honeysuckle, and orange blossom. A palate of citrus zest and crisp minerality leads into a long, clean finish with floral nuances. Enjoy chilled on its own or with your favorite veggie dishes, seafood dishes, or poultry fare.
