Carter E. ★★★★★

I was really impressed by how well this Tripel hides its gluten-free base—the sorghum and millet malt gives it a smooth, slightly sweet finish that doesn’t taste like a compromise. It’s surprisingly authentic for a beer that avoids traditional barley.

Michael M. ★★★★★

The sorghum and millet malt base gives it a surprisingly authentic Belgian character—much richer than I expected from a gluten-free option. I’ve tried several GF beers that taste watery, but this one holds its own against traditional tripels. It’s become my go‑to for game nights.

Emma Z. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about a gluten-free Tripel, but the sorghum and millet malt base gives it a surprisingly authentic Belgian character. The carbonation is lively and the finish is clean, not syrupy like some GF beers. A solid choice for anyone missing traditional Belgian ales.
