This Pouilly-Fumé comes from the chalky-clay hills of Saint-Andelain, peak of the appellation where winegrowing dates back to the roman era. Balanced with a nice concentration of fruit versus acidity and minerality. Citrus, white flower and flint are flavors and aromas in this beautiful Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is a marvelous match with shellfish, fish, white meats and goat cheese.

Natalie ★★★★★

The chalky-clay minerality really comes through on the finish, giving this Sauvignon Blanc an elegant, crisp feel. It’s a refreshing change from overly grassy Loire wines, and the fruit-acid balance is spot-on for seafood.

Edward L. ★★★★★

That perfect balance of fruit and acidity I was hoping for—it hits just right, with a concentration that makes every sip feel substantial. The finish lingers nicely without being heavy. Easily the best white I've opened in months.

Robert G. ★★★★★

The chalky-clay terroir really shines through here—that mineral backbone gives it a crispness that cuts through a simple goat cheese salad beautifully. Fruit and acidity are in perfect balance, not too sharp or sweet.
