Carter ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

The fig and blackberry fruit is rich and concentrated, with a velvety texture that lingers. This has a nice earthy complexity that makes it more than just another fruit bomb.

The black tea note really comes through on the finish, and the roses are there right after you swirl the glass. It’s smooth and balanced, with enough cherry and fig depth to make a weekday dinner feel a little special.

Opened it last night with a roast chicken dinner, and the Bing cherry and fig flavors came through beautifully. The tannins are so supple it practically glides across the tongue, and that finish of black tea lingers just long enough. Already eyeing a second bottle for next weekend.
