Emma ★★★★★

The brown sugar and oatmeal notes make this dangerously easy to sip neat, and that apple-cinnamon nose hits you before you even take a drink. Being distilled from Colorado heirloom grains really does come through in the finish, it's smoother than the price suggests.

Henry I. ★★★★★

The apple and cinnamon nose is beautifully balanced, and the brown sugar finish lingers just long enough. Really impressed with the smoothness from those heirloom grains.

Chloe ★★★★★

I wasn't expecting the cedar and toffee to come through so clearly once it opens up in the glass. The brown sugar and oatmeal notes make it dangerously easy to sip neat, no ice needed. For a Colorado bourbon, this holds its own against anything I've had from Kentucky.
