Manischewitz is the nation's largest manufacturer of processed kosher food products. Since 1986, the Manischewitz brand name has been a subsidiary of Constellation Brands. Manischewitz is the only American producer of kosher wines big enough to warrant both Passover and non-Passover bottlings. Since Manischewitz Concord Grape wine is sweetened, this means their Kosher for Passover wines are produced using real cane sugar, instead of corn syrup. This is a sweet but balanced wine with a generous mouthfeel and the distinct aroma and flavor of fresh Concord grapes.
