The Mosaic and Simcoe hop combo gives this IPA a really bright, juicy flavor without being overly bitter. Poured hazy with a soft mouthfeel from the oats, just like a good NEIPA should be.

The haze is exactly what I look for in a New England style, and the oat body makes it dangerously easy to crush all four cans in one sitting. That tropical fruit punch from the Mosaic hops hits right away, then the Simcoe brings a nice bitter finish that keeps it from feeling too sweet.
