The pastry note really comes through after it opens up for a few minutes—makes it feel more complex than the price suggests. Poured this with brunch and the bubbles were just the right amount of gentle fizz, not aggressive at all.

Scarlett M. ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

Those berry and apple aromas are exactly as described, making it incredibly inviting from the first sniff. The bubbles are so soft and creamy on the tongue, it feels more like sipping silk than sparkling wine. A perfect easy-drinking celebratory bottle.

The apple and forest berry aromas are exactly as described, and those bubbles are incredibly soft on the tongue. It’s a juicy, easy-drinking Champagne that felt more approachable than some pricier bottles I’ve tried.
