Eli ★★★★★

The tartness hits first but fades into a smooth, fruity finish that makes each sip interesting. It’s light enough to enjoy on its own but has enough complexity from the oak aging to pair with a sharp cheese.

Joshua ★★★★★

Opened it on a warm evening and the hoppy character really came through underneath that tart bite. Light bodied but the flavor sticks around longer than I expected from something this easy drinking. Oak aging adds a nice subtle layer without overpowering the malt.

Nicholas ★★★★★

The tartness hits just right without being aggressive, and the fruity notes from the barley malt really come through. I love how light and refreshing it is for a sour, perfect for a warm evening.
