The Stringtown Pinot Noir is a true sustainably farmed gem from Willamette Valley, Oregon where the ever-finicky Pinot Noir grape excels. As approachable as an old friend, it shows aromas of violets, black pepper and cherries. The palate is laden with red plum, redcurrant and cola enhanced by silky tannins and mouthwatering acidity. Iron and Sand Cabernet Sauvignon, from Paso Robles, has a plush, balanced mix of blueberry, black cherry, cassis, mocha and vanilla with fine-grain tannins.
