"Aromas of blue fruits, blackberries, tile and lead pencil. Full body, firm tannins and a fresh, bright finish. Layered and intense with white-pepper and salt undertones. Love the finish to this racy young wine. Beautiful blue fruits! Drink in 2020 and onwards. From biodynamic grapes." - 97 Pts. - James Suckling "The stars aligned to make this beautifully decadent example of a Rutherford Cabernet. Attractive dark cherries and berries combine with mocha/coffee and dark chocolate; an elegant and lifted character with supremely soft tannins and a warming finish. 83% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.5% Merlot, 8.5% Cabernet Franc." - 97 Pts. - Decanter Magazine

Michael ★★★★★

Opened this with dinner last night and that layered blue fruit and lead pencil nose is just gorgeous. The tannins are still pretty firm but the bright finish makes it drink beautifully now.

Matthew ★★★★★

The firm tannins and white-pepper finish make this Napa cab stand out from most 2015s I've tried. Opened beautifully after about an hour of air, showing layers of blackberry and salt. Definitely worth the wait for a 10-year-old vintage.

That blue fruit and lead pencil nose was so distinctive, and the finish really does last—still tasted it minutes after the last sip. Firm tannins gave it great structure but it didn't feel harsh at all.
