Distilled and bottled by Stonestreet in Bardstown, Kentucky, their Founder's Edition bottling is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey with a mashbill that is 70% Corn, 21% Wheat and 9% Barley aged for 5 years. The distillery describes it this way - "Handcrafted in small batches, our high-wheat mash bill bourbon is aged for a minimum of five years to create a distinctively smooth and sweet profile. The nose boasts aromas of toasted caramel with sweet corn and a touch of lemon oil, while the palate has a rounded approach with a silky texture, and flavors of baked peach, vanilla and toffee. Enjoy neat, on the rocks, or as a tasteful component of a classic cocktail."
