Caviro, Italy's leading wine group, began as a farming co-op in 1966 in Emilia-Romagna. Tavernello is their flagship brand and Italy's number one wine brand. The white blend Tavernello Vino Bianco presents as medium-bodied and juicy with layers of floral notes and lemon, green apple, and white peach fruit with cleansing acidity on the bright, crisp finish. Its partner in fun is the Tavernello Vino Rosso. Its expressive red blend's nose of fresh roses and violets entices. In the glass, this quaffable wine is effusive with juicy cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry from the nose to the velvety finish.
