Tillen Farms Asparagus is grown and harvested during a 6-8 week period in late spring. Because of their commitment to quality, local farmers offer their best products. Within hours of picking, the asparagus has been sorted, cleaned, trimmed, blanched and then carefully hand packed in a pickle brine with a garlic clove to round out the flavor. Makes a great snack and an even better stirrer for your bloody mary!

Richard F. ★★★★★

I wasn't sure what to expect from jarred asparagus, but these spears are surprisingly crisp and have that fresh snap you’d hope for. The 12 oz jar is perfect for garnishing Bloody Marys, and the spears are all nice and slender. Definitely a step up from the mushy canned kind I’ve tried before.

Alexander ★★★★★

These jarred spears taste like they were just pulled from a spring garden, not shipped across the country. The crunch holds up perfectly even after opening, and I’ve been tossing them into bloody marys and salads all week.

Samuel L. ★★★★★

The spears are perfectly tender with a nice snap, not mushy at all. I threw a few into a gin and tonic and loved the subtle grassy flavor they added.
