Via Carota is the West Village osteria of celebrated downtown chefs Rita Sodi and Jody Williams. Via Carota earned Sodi and Williams the James Beard Award for Best Chefs, New York City, in 2019. The chefs’ other beloved restaurants are just down Grove Street – I Sodi, Buvette, Bar Pisellino, and The Commerce Inn. The espresso martini traces its roots to the early 1980s. Ours is balanced by the union of six-times distilled vodka with real espresso. Serve cold, shake, pour, & garnish with fresh coffee beans for an elegant finish. - Producer
