One of our most popular buys in white Burgundy. Stainless steel fermented, then finished in neutral oak for a few months. Nose of ripe stone fruit, lime zest, crushed chalk and hazelnut and then a moderately rich palate of ripe fruit, lime, chalk and nut. Finishes zesty and fresh with tangy white peach and mint notes lingering nicely. Crisp, clean, and delicious!

That hint of crushed chalk on the finish gives it an elegant minerality I wasn't expecting at this price point. Already planning to grab another c

The nose on this is exactly what I look for in a white Burgundy — that crushed chalk and ripe stone fruit combo is just lovely. Picked up a case after tasting it, and it’s already become my go‑to for weeknight dinners. The subtle hazelnut finish makes it feel more expensive than it is.

Ellie ★★★★★

That stainless steel fermentation really lets the fruit shine — the lime zest and crushed chalk notes are incredibly precise. Picked up a case after my first bottle.
