The ripe raspberry and cassis notes really pop, making this a perfect match for grilled meats. Poured a glass with some steak last night and the tannins were smooth, not bitter at all. I'll definitely be grabbing another bottle for the next cookout.

Grilled some ribs last weekend and this wine was the perfect match—the ripe black fruit balanced the smoky char beautifully. The tannins are subtle enough to not overpower the food but still give it a nice structure. Really glad I grabbed a bottle.
