That lemongrass note really comes through on the nose, and the mandarin adds a soft sweetness that balances the green apple bite. It's bright and crisp without feeling thin, and the mountain structure gives it a nice weight that makes it perfect for a lazy afternoon pour.

Opened this with grilled chicken and the lemongrass and mandarin notes jumped right out of the glass—really bright and lively. The mountain fruit structure gives it a clean, crisp finish that held up beautifully. Already looking at a second bottle.

This is my second bottle and it's just as bright as I remember—that mountain fruit structure gives it a crispness you don't always find in Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect with a simple green salad and goat cheese.
