That faint prickle of fizz on the tongue really makes the strawberry and cherry flavors pop. It was a perfect, light companion to a platter of sushi on a warm evening, and that vivid pink color is just beautiful in the glass.

I grabbed a bottle to pair with spicy tuna rolls last weekend, and that slight fizz cut through the heat perfectly while the strawberry notes lingered. It’s light enough for a warm afternoon but has more body than I expected from a rosé.

This rose poured a gorgeous vivid pink and had that lively little fizz I love in a Vinho Verde. The ripe strawberry and cherry notes were so fresh, and it paired beautifully with the sushi rolls I had for dinner.
